First of all, you will need to let us know that someone has passed away. There are a few ways you can do this:

This is the information that we will need from you:
- Your name and contact details, including your phone number and address
- The current Green account holders details
- Up-to-date meter readings
- In some cases, we may need copy of a death certificate
When we receive this information, we will update the account and send any further correspondence to the address that you have given us.
