We don't currently support smart meter functionality, although this doesn't stop you joining us. Your meter will just lose some of the functionality that makes it smart.

So you will need to send us meter reads once a month.

Don’t worry though, we are working hard to be able to use all smart meters (SMETS1 & SMETS2) to their full potential and you will soon be able to see your consumption data in our App and on our online portal.
