Let us know you have moved in
We will need the following information:
- Meter readings from when you moved in (don’t worry if you don’t have these)
- Full name
- Email address
- Account number and sort code
Our Customer Service Team will talk you through our different tariffs and get your account registered.

The above step must be completed before switching away, as we need to ensure that you are billed correctly for the energy used for the interim period, otherwise we may object to your switch.
