During the changeover process, Green will be in contact with your previous provider to exchange important information about your energy supply. This includes information about the meters you currently have installed at your property, which we receive from your previous supplier.
When you first switch over to us, you may not see this meter information in the app immediately and may not be able to submit your opening meter readings via the app.
This is normal, and just means we are doing a bit of work in the background to update your details on our side. This won’t affect your switch at all, and we have various other ways you can update your meter readings in the meantime.
